Minnesota grew by 296 net projects this cycle. Separately, 374 projects appeared on the priority list for the first time at $1.4B, 476 entered the fundable range at $1.8B, and 511 moved onto the intended use plan roster at $2.1B. Cost estimates changed on 148 projects, 120 up and 28 down, a net change of +$149.5M. 100 projects no longer appear on the current list, which does not say why.

The most concrete movement this cycle sits with two Clean Water / Wastewater projects that appeared on the priority list for the first time. MCES Crow River's new WWTP carries an estimated cost of $182.0M and ranks #52. Brainerd's advanced treatment project, covering nitrogen removal and biosolids improvements, carries an estimated cost of $80.0M and ranks #342.
Fundable-range movement is concentrated in nutrient removal work. Alexandria LASD, requesting $86.0M for phosphorus treatment and treatment expansion, entered the fundable range at rank #25. Albert Lea, requesting $80.0M for phosphorus treatment and treatment rehabilitation, entered the fundable range at rank #36. On the Drinking Water SRF side, Vergas climbed to rank #17 for a lead service line replacement project estimated at $25K, and Dennison climbed to rank #3 for a new treatment plant estimated at $3.8M.
